Brief Program Bio

Dave energizes audiences with humor and compelling insights around how to “Gain the Trust Edge” and grow your reputation, relationships, results, and your bottom line. He is an award-winning speaker, entrepreneur, and producer. Dave has taken the platform on four continents and throughout the United States. Growing up on a bean farm in northern Minnesota, Dave learned the significance of hard work. By 25, he was directing a thriving organization in Arkansas. Seeing an opportunity to make an impact in another way, Dave started his first company. It went so well that in four months he and his wife had $1.40 to their name! Currently, with a Masters in Organizational Leadership and the elite CSP Designation, Dave runs Horsager Leadership Studio and acts as Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at Bethel University’s Graduate School. He inspires strategic leadership and helps people gain the Trust Edge.
